As part of the Lithium-iron-phosphate battery casing aka PAC project, the customer provided the arrangement scheme and rigid dimension limitations, as well as the following directives: the final product shall be easier to use, have a higher quality and more appealing than the prototype.

Most commonly, casings of this function are made of metal. We stuck with the idea of the prototype, i.e., application of composite materials, but perfected it in every way. Application of the Light RTM technology, internal stiffening made of urethane foam, special structure and form of the compartment, as well as the original concept of component junction made it possible to live up to the customer’s expectations.

Every detail matters – the roughness of surface, the type of coating and its color combination, the selection of standard outsourced components and the locations and quality of information materials.
