Design Project

The cab solution was developed in line with the latest design trends of mower tractors defined by global leaders, while also having its unique stylistic features. The large interior makes it possible to comfortably seat both the driver and a helper. The complex spheroid-shaped windscreen and pillars that were moved back provide and excellent view of the work area.

Inner finishing of the cab roof features a classic arrangement of controls and original two-color color scheme. The solution’s advantages are the absence of bright spots on the windscreen and the distinctive style concept.

The form of the cabin provides a comfortable storage compartment behind the assistant's seat, as well as a sunk compartment at the rear wall for fuse block and electronic system controls. Along the right window in the “shadow” of the console panel, a stand with a thermowell, glass holders and accessory storage pockets may be fitted.

The comfortable cabin platform also contributes to safety, improves observability and facilitate servicing of systems. The new platform design completely conforms to the above requirements.

Engineering

Cabin frame is a three-dimensional frame built from standard structural profiles and components made of sheet metal.

The air conditioning system was developed. Lighting equipment was arranged in compliance with standards.

Computer-assisted estimations of characteristics of cabin frame, mounting bracket supports and platform elements were carried out.
